 MISA Board Registration The MISA Board Registration system is designed to recognize the competency of two levels of Mental Illness/Substance Abuse (MISA) Professionals, MISA I/II. MISA Professionals seeking registration are encouraged to apply at whichever level is consistent with their experience and training and which meets their individual needs.
