Principle 4: Competence

ICB Certified Problem and Compulsive Gambling Professional's responsibility is to provide competent professional services.
  1. ICB Certified Counselors of Problem and Compulsive Gambling shall not offer services outside the boundaries of the Problem and Compulsive Gambling profession unless otherwise educated and trained licensed or certified.

  2. ICB Certified Counselors of Problem and Compulsive Gambling shall not offer services outside their range of competency.
