Counselors of Problem and Compulsive Gambling Certification (PCGC)

Procedural/Requirements for Certification Renewal
The PCGC Professional will:
  1. Enclose a check or money order for the biennial recertification fee and 40 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

  2. RECORD ON THE CEU LOG ALL TRAINING EVENTS (E.G. WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES, IN-SERVICES, ETC.), SPECIFYING CATEGORY I OR 11 CEU'S AND THE IAODAPCA ASSIGNED PROGRAM NUMBERS.

  3. Attach proof of completion (e.g. transcript, certificates, request(s) for individual continuing education units, etc.) for each event listed.

  4. If the certificate of completion has a CEU program number, or the PCGC has an approved petition marked "endorsed by IAODAPCA for (x) hours," no additional paperwork is necessary. There are Category I or II pre-approved hours.
