Applicants who are requesting to be scheduled for the Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) Written Examination prior to completing the application process, must notify IAODAPCA in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted.

In order to qualify to take the written examination prior to application approval an applicant must submit the following application pages and pay the required fee:

• General Information Forms
• Assurance and Release Form (Signed and dated)
• Code of Ethics Form (Signed, dated, and notarized)
• Written Request to sit for the exam
• $75.00 Application fee

IAODAPCA will notify the applicant by mail of the next available examination date and the procedure for scheduling the applicant for the examination. Remember, you will not be considered certified if you pass the exam until your application has been approved and all fees are paid.
