Requests for credential reinstatements are now being accepted. If your credential has expired within the last two years, and you would like to be considered for a reinstatement, please email info@iaodapca.org with your request. The request will be reviewed by the Executive Director, and a response will come via email within 30 business days.
If your credential has been terminated, you may not present yourself as holding a credential.
The ICB office will be closed beginning Friday afternoon, December 19, 2025, through January 2, 2026. ICB will return to normal business hours on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Please plan according if you need to renew your certification or have any questions for ICB staff.
