Helpful Tips when renewing and applying through Certemy

Renewals


  • ICB is no longer accepting renewal fees or CEUs via mail or email. All renewals will be processed online through Certemy.

  • Do not create your own account when attempting to renew. ICB will email you a special invite 60 days prior to your renewal date. The notification will be sent to the email address we have on file.

  • Acquire ICB recognized CEUs. ICB will begin a thorough audit of all CEUs and if they are not ICB recognized, they will be denied. Also, remember there is a maximum of 15 CEUs from home study programs allowed within a two year certification period. Please be sure to read through the Maintaining Your Certification document for all details.


Applications


  • ICB will no longer accept CADC applications through the mail. CADC applications are done through the link provided in the credentialing section of the website. All other applications will be online soon. (CADC ATP Students will still mail in the special student applications at this time. Information will be given to your program coordinators if this process is to change.)
  • Do not create a Certemy account if you already have an application on file.
  • Do not apply online if you are an ICB ATP Student. Please use the application that your program coordinator provides.
  • Allow staff time to review your documents. The processing time can take up to 60 business days, please plan accordingly. ICB is not responsible for your deadlines.
  • The application process is divided into phases, complete each phase and it will move you on to the next.
