If your credential has been terminated, you may not present yourself as holding a credential.
Please Note: Declined credit cards are considered NSF and will be charged an NSF fee of $75.00.
ICB Applications will all be online soon, no paper application will be accepted after June 1, 2025. ICB will provide links to all applications in the Credential section of the website. Any paper application received before June 1, 2025 will be inputted into Certemy and a special invite will be emailed to the applicant. If you have a current paper application on file please continue on and you will board Certemy once you are eligible for your certificate.
